Session Overview:

Smart restorations introduces bio-bulk fill techniques designed to simplify deep cavity management while preserving pulpal health. This session explores bioactive, dentin-substituting materials that combine efficiency with biological protection, reducing stress on the pulp-dentin complex. Through practical approaches and case examples, participants will learn how to achieve durable, regenerative outcomes using modern calcium silicate-based materials – advancing restorative dentistry from mechanical replacement toward biologically intelligent, pulp-preserving care that supports both longevity and vitality of the natural tooth.
