About the Presenter:

Dr. Sid embarked on his dental journey in North Queensland, practicing in both private and public settings before venturing to Canberra, where he honed his skills for over three years. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a Masters Degree in Advanced Dentistry at the University of Sydney in 2015, during which he conducted significant research in dental literature. Fueled by a passion for restorative dentistry, Dr. Sid secured a Doctoral Scholarship to specialise in Prosthodontics at The University of Otago in New Zealand.

Dr. Sid’s dedication extends beyond clinical practice; he finds immense fulfilment in educating others. He enjoys imparting knowledge through lectures, workshops, and study clubs, fostering a culture of continuous learning among his colleagues. His commitment to sharing expertise extends across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, where he actively contributes to professional development programs. Alongside his teaching responsibilities, Dr. Sid maintains a thriving clinical practice, specialising in various facets of Prosthodontics, including removable prosthetics, implant reconstructions, and digital dentistry. Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Sid embraces adventure sports and outdoor activities, finding solace and inspiration in nature alongside his wife.
